The night passes in recollection of fate
The dawn has risen
Light has descended upon the land
Forgotten are the aching hearts

Forgotten are the darkened words
Spiraling into the abyss
They fade
Last in the ever changing world

Tomorrow
I wait again to lose
That which drags my soul
That which tears my life

Tears dry in noon day sun
